1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (TOS) define the terms and conditions for using the services provided by PilotRanker, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in this context.
Use of the site and services implies full and complete acceptance of these TOS.
2. Description of services
PilotRanker offers a SaaS platform for automated SEO content generation and publishing. Services include:
- Semantic analysis and automated content strategy
- Generation of SEO-optimized articles
- Automatic publishing to various CMS (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
- Intelligent internal linking
- Performance tracking dashboard
3. Access to services
Access to services requires creating a user account. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activity performed from their account.
4. Pricing and payment
Pricing for different subscription plans is indicated on the Pricing page. Prices are in euros and exclude taxes.
Payment is made monthly by credit card through our secure payment provider (Stripe). Subscriptions have no commitment and can be canceled at any time.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 Platform content
All elements of the PilotRanker platform (interface, code, design, text, etc.) are the exclusive property of PilotRanker and are protected by intellectual property law.
5.2 Generated content
Content generated by the platform on behalf of the user belongs entirely to them. PilotRanker claims no rights to this content.
6. Responsibilities
6.1 PilotRanker's responsibility
PilotRanker commits to providing quality service and maintaining platform availability. However, PilotRanker cannot guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation.
6.2 User's responsibility
Users are solely responsible for their use of generated content and its publication. They agree to verify content before publication and respect third-party rights.
7. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
PilotRanker reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these TOS.
9. Modification of TOS
PilotRanker reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. Users will be notified of any changes by email.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These TOS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after attempting amicable resolution, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
